Staff of the Termiz city sanitary-epidemiological service, as part of a food safety event at the "YASHIL DUNYO" central farmers' and food market in Termiz, explained to residents and vendors how to prevent diseases such as food poisoning, botulism and acute diarrhea: neither selling nor buying home-made canned products, neither selling nor buying any expired products, not selling products without a quality certificate, and serving the public in teahouses located around the market in compliance with sanitary and hygienic rules.
